The Germans capture Russian orders that reveal that the eighteen German divisions heading towards Warsaw are actually facing sixty Russian divisions. The advance continues, but the Germans also prepare for a retreat.

General Allenby is appointed as commander of the newly formed B.E.F. Cavalry Corps after performing well during Mons and the great retreat.
