The modern battleship HMS Queen Elizabeth enters the battle. She is too valuable to expose to close-range fire and so she is used for indirect bombardment of Rumeli Mecidiye and Namazgah. The older battleships Cornwallis, Irresistible and Canopus act as spotters for the Queen Elizabeth.
