Allied cavalry continues to advance, taking El Afule and Beisan. Liman von Sanders is almost captured at Nazareth. The Turkish Eighth Army is destroyed as a fighting force. The Seventh Army attempts to escape east from Nablus on the night of 20-21 September, but is stopped by Allied air power.
