HMS Furious makes one of her few contributions to the war effort as a split-deck aircraft carrier, contributing seven Sopwith Camels to a raid on the Zeppelin sheds at Tondem and Schleswig-Holstein. The Camels are unable to land back on the Furious and have to either ditch or reach any friendly base within range.
