Hurricane in Combat - Mk I - Mk II - Mk III - Mk IV - Mk V - Mk X-XII

This designation was allocated for aircraft built around American built Packard Merlin engines. This engine was eventually used in Hurricanes built in Canada, but these aircraft were instead known as the Hurricane X, XI and XII. No production aircraft were given the Hurricane III designation.
