The Morane-Saulnier MS.141S was an improved version of the MS.140S air ambulance, with a more powerful engine. The M.S.140S was a twin bay biplane, with a space for a single stretcher patient built into the fuselage behind the pilot. It had staggered swept back wings, and was powered by an 80hp Le Rhône 9C rotary engine, an unusual choice of engine for an aircraft of the late 1920s. The single M.S.140S was followed by a single MS.141S. This was basically the same aircraft but powered by a 120hp Salmson 9Ac radial engine. Neither type was accepted for production.
