Pioneer Corps Bulldozer clearing ruins
Here we see a bulldozer from the Pioneer Corps being used to clear away rubble, probably somewhere in Normandy during Operation Overlord. This was essential work, clearing up the damage left behind by the battles to allow the Allies easier movement behind their lines.
