The Loening O2L was the prototype of an improved version of the Loening OL amphibian biplane. It was powered by a Pratt & Whitney R-1340 Wasp radial engine, as used in the OL-8 and OL-9. One O2L was built during 1932 (navy serial number 8525) but the type didn't enter production.
