Hawker Hunter F.G.A. Mark 57

The Hawker Hunter F.G.A.Mark 57 was the designation given to four Hunters operated by Kuwait from 1966. The aircraft were ordered as a stop-gap measure while Kuwait awaited the delivery of the McDonnell-Douglas A-4KU Skyhawk, and served alongside two T.Mark 67 trainers. They were delivered between February 1965 and February 1966, and were passed onto Oman after the arrival of the Skyhawks.
