Treaty of Aix-la-Chapelle, 18 October 1748
Treaty that ended the War of the Austrian Succession and King George's War (from 1744). All conquered lands were restored except for Silesia, which was kept by Prussia, and Parma, Piacenza and Guastalla, kept by Spain.
