All Four Takao Class Cruisers
In the foreground we see the four members of the Takao class of heavy cruisers of 1932, the second class of heavy cruisers produced under the naval treaty restrictions. In the top left of the photo we see three of either the Kuma or Nagara class light cruisers of the 1920s, very similar three funneled light cruisers.
