Soviet Troops fighting in Graudenz
Here we see Soviet troops fighting in the ruined streets of Graudenz, a town in the Danzig corridor that was Polish between the wars. The original caption described the Soviet troops as 'tommy-gunners' because of the drum magazine, but they are probably armed with Soviet PPSh-41 sub-machine guns.
