US Plan of F Class Fleet Escorts (Germany)
This plan from a US Recognition magazine of 1944 shows F-1, the first of ten F class fleet escorts built in 1935 to test out high-pressure steam boilers. This wartime plan shows her correct length and layout - she shared a similar layout to the standard German destroyer and torpedo boat types of the period, but were somewhat smaller.
