The original caption records that this picture shows Howe, Jackson and Flt Sgt Smith standing in front of a Martin Baltimore of the Anti-Malarial Flight at Mombasa, Kenya, in November 1945. This aircraf has been named 'Nozzle Men', while another aircraft from the same flight became 'Bug Boys'.
Many thanks to Michael Hopkins for sending us these pictures, which came from his father's collection, and came towards the end of his RAF service, which lasted from August 1941 to November 1946.
