HMS Furious from the left
This view of the carrier HMS Furious from the front-left shows the front of her main flight deck, and at least one of the guns mounted on her original 'flying-off' deck, which was used to carry anti-aircraft guns after the idea of using it to launch fighters was finally abandoned.
