HMS Furious from above
This view of the converted aircraft carrier HMS Furious shows her final layout, with a through flight deck that ran along about three quarters of her length, and the her original 'flying off' deck retained at the bow. By the time this picture was taken that lower deck had been turned into a platform for AA guns, and the doors into the upper hanger had been sealed.
