Curtiss F6C-2 Hawk on USS Langley (CV-2) for trials, 1926-7
Here we see one of two Curtiss F6C-2 Hawks that were used for trials on the carrier USS Langley (CV-1) during 1926-7. Only four F6C-2s were built, and they introduced arrestor hooks, to make them more suitable for carrier operations.
