Bradley, Montgomery, Dempsey and Hodges
Here we see an impressive collection of Allied leaders gathered for a conference somewhere in France - from left to right we have General Omar Bradley (commander US 2nd Army), Field Marshal Montgomery, General Dempsey (commander, 2nd British Army) and General Hodges (commander, 1st American Army). The picture was probably taken before 1 September 1944, when Montgomery lost operational control of the American armies.
