Barracuda crash on HMS Rajah
Here we see a Fairey Barracuda that has fallen off the flight deck and onto the forecastle of the escort carrier HMS Rajah. This accident happened after a successful landing, while the pilot was taxiing forward, and helps demonstrate how many extra dangers came with flying off an aircraft carrier.
