Bade Khan ka gumbad and Chote Khan ka gumbad

Here we see two Lodi period tombs from the Kotla Mubarakpur complex. The tomb of Bade Khan is on the left, and of Chote Khan on the right. When this picture was taken the tombs stood in a large open area, but now they are surrounded by the city of Delhi.

Many thanks to Ken Creed for sending us these pictures, which were taken by his wife's uncle Terry Ruff during his time with No.357 Squadron, a special operations unit that operated over Burma, Malaya and Sumatra.
