Archbishop celebrating first anniversary of First battle of the Marne
According to its original caption this picture shows the Archbishop of Lens celebrating the first anniversary of the French victory at the First battle of the Marne at the cemetery at Barg. However there isn't actually an archbishop of Lens, and figure shown here doesn't resemble the actual bishops serving in that area at the time. Barg cemetary has also proved hard to trace!
