USS Sturtevant (DD-24) at Philadelphia, 1932
Here we see the Clemson class destroyer USS Sturtevant (DD-240) at the Philadelphia Navy Yard in April 1932, just before she began two years with the Special Service Squadron in the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico.
