USS Smith Thompson (DD-212) from the right
Here we see the Clemson class destroyer USS Smith Thompson (DD-212) from the right, showing her cutting neatly through the sea. The picture is undated, but the lack of later clutter suggests that it is a fairly early picture. The forward 4in gun can be seen in the sun just above her hull number.
