Here we see the Gearing class destroyer USS Richard B Anderson (DD-786) firing on shore targets on Vietnam in February 1966. At first glance it looks as if we are looking out across the roof of the second 5in turret, but we are actually further back, looking over the roof of part of the bridge structure, with both gun houses hidden from sight below it.
