Navigating Bridge, USS Pennsylvania (BB-38)
Here we see the insides of the navigating bridge on the Pennsylvania class battleship USS Pennsylvania (BB-38) at the New York Navy Yard on 21 January 1919. By later standards this is a rather basic looking set of instruments and controls, but they were state of the art for their time.
