USS Parrott (DD-218) at Manila, 1931
Here we see the Clemson class destroyer USS Parrott at Manila in 1931, in her peacetime setup with awnings to keep the sun off the decks. A second destroyer can be seen behind her bows, but can't be identified (other than probably being another Clemson class ship).
