USS Nicholas (DD-449) after FRAM-II, c.1960
Here we see the Fletcher class destroyer USS Nicholas (DD-449) after her FRAM-II upgrade of 1960. Only a handful of Fletcher class destroyers received the FRAM-II modifications, which included the ability to carry the DASH anti-submarine drone helicopter - the small landing pad can just be seen in front of the one remaining rear gun.
