USS Litchfield (DD-336) in Alaska, 1930s
Here we see the Clemson Class Destroyer USS Litchfield (DD-336) at Ketchiken in Alaska, during a visit in the mid 1930s. Most of the Pacific fleet destroyers visited Alaska on a fairly regular basis as part of their operations along the US west coast.
