USSLewis Hancock (DD-676) recommissioning, 1951
Here we see the crew of the Fletcher class destroyer USS Lewis Hancock (DD-675) on deck during her recommissioning ceremony at the Long Beach Naval Station on 19 May 1951. Although she was brought back into service because of the Korean War, she only served one tour off Korea, in December 1952-January 1953.
