USS Kennedy (DD-306) under way
Here we see the Clemson class destroyer USS Kennedy (DD-306) underway, with one of the newer battleships in the background (probably a Tennessee or Colorado class ship). Judging by the line of crew members in front of the bridge this must have been a fairly formal occasion.
