USS Hulbert (DD-342) returns from Asiatic Waters, 1929
Here we see the Clemson class destroyer USS Hulbert (DD-342) in August 1929, on her return home after seven years with the Asiatic Fleet. She is flying the long penant, used at the end of long postings, although it is rather undramatically slumped into the water. Also note at least part of her crew lined in along her forward decks.
