USS Hornet (CV-12) brings Apollo 12 capsule and astronauts to Pearl Harbor
Here we see the crew of the Essex class carrier USS Intrepid (CV-12) lining the decks as she reached Pearl Harbor on 28 November 1969 with the Apollo 12 Command Module and three astronauts onboard (Command Module Pilot Richard F. Gordon, Lunar Module Pilot Alan L. Bean and Commander Charles 'Pete' Conrad) after the second Moon landing.
