Damaged superstucture of USS Haraden (DD-585)
Here we see repair work being carried out on the damaged superstructure of the Fletcher class destroyer USS Haraden (DD-585) at the Puget Sound Navy Yard on 18 June 1945. The Haraden was hit by a kamikaze aircraft on 13 December 1944, while supporting the invasion of Mindoro in the Philippines.
