USS Frank Knox (DD-742), Mare Island, 25 April 1961
Here we see the Gearing class destroyer USS Frank Knox (DD-742) off Mare Island on 25 April 1961. This picture was taken after her FRAM upgrade was complete, but most of the changes aren't visible from this angle. However we can see the end of the DASH hanger, with one crewman standing in front of it on the the small helicopter launch pad.
