USS Dortch (DD-670), Saigon, 1953
Here we see the Fletcher class destroyer USS Dortch (DD-670) arriving at Saigon on 20 October 1953, at the end of a tour of duty off the coast of Korea. At this point Saigon was still in French hands, but not for much longer.
