USS Cassin (DD-43) and USS Tucker (DD-57), Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston
This picture shows the Cassin class destroyer USS Cassin (DD-43) (left) and Tucker class destroyer USS Tucker (DD-57) at Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston. Although the two ships were two classes apart (with the O'Brien class inbetween), all three types were developed from the original Cassin design. The two ships were actually very similar in size, and the main visual difference is that the two middle funnels of the design have been merged into a single larger funnel on the Tuckers.
