Deck load of aircraft on USS Card (CVE-11)
Here we see the Bogue class escort carrier USS Card (CVE-11) on 15 June 1943 with a deck load of six Grumman F4F Wildcats and seven TBF/ TBM Avengers. The six F4Fs are at the front left, with two Avengers to their right and five in a group further back.
