USS Boston (CAG-1) during Operation Sea Dragon, 1968
Here we see the Baltimore class cruiser USS Boston (CAG-1) bombarding the coast of North Vietnam in September 1968 during Operation Sea Dragon. Although she had been converted into a missile cruiser, it was still her original main guns that were her main offensive weapon during this campaign.
