USS Astoria (CA-34) at Long Beach, 1930s
Here we see the New Orleans class heavy cruiser USS Astoria (CA-34) at Long Beach at some point during the 1930s. This picture gives a good view of the forward turrets and the bridge structure, and you can also make out three spotter planes behind the rear funnel.
