Side view of Curtiss C-46A Commando
Here we see the first Curtiss C-46 Commando (41-5159) seen from the left. From this angle we can see the four cabin windows, reduced from ten on the civil version, and the original port door. Soon afterwards a large cargo door was added on this side, to produce the C-46A.
