76mm M1939 USV field gun bombarding Narva, 1944
Here we see a 76mm M1939 USV field gun taking part in a dramatic night time bombardment of Narva in 1944. The M1939 can probably be identified by the combination of the position of the brace holding the three elements together, the curved top to the gun shield and the lack of the rectangular cover below the point where the barrel emerges from the shield that was introduced on the 76mm M1942 (ZiS-3)
