22nd Destroyer Division, 1919

This picture shows four members of the 22nd Destroyer Division and the sole active member of the 32nd Destroyer Division, at San Diego, c. December 1919 (note the Happy Xmas sign and christmas tree on the Renshaw (DD-176).

The Wickes class destroyers USS O'Bannon (DD-177), USS Sproston (DD-173), USS Hogan (DD-178) and USS Renshaw (DD-176) were members of the 22nd Destroyer Division and the Clemson class destroyer USS Chauncey (DD-296) was part of the 32nd Destroyer Division. Note the slightly lower bow on the Chauncey.
