Utah Beach on D-Day


This map shows the American beachhead on Utah Beach at the end of D-Day. The first line of innundations, behind the coast, have been passed, and the scattered airborne forces have established footholds to the west of this main area.

An excellent starting point for anyone who wants to learn more about Operation Overlord, but its wide range of topics means it is likely to be of value to anyone with an interest in the subject.
