Maiden flight of the Airco D.H.2, the second production aircraft designed by Geoffrey de Havilland for the Aircraft Manufacturing Company (Airco). The D.H.2 was a cut-down version of the D.H.1 two-seat reconnassiance aircraft and saw service as a fighter aircraf, helping to counter the Fokker monoplanes.
