HMS Canada from the left

Here we see the battleship HMS Canada, which was being built for Chile in Britain at the start of the First World War. She ws taken over by the Royal Navy and served with the Grand Fleet throughout the war, before being returned to Chile. The photograph was taken by Abrahams of Devonport, suggesting she was probably there at the time. A second battleship can be seen at the back right of the picture.
