This is an interesting book dedicated to one of the more obscure aircraft produced in Germany before the Second World War. The He 112 was one of the aircraft that competed for the contract eventually won by the Bf 109. Having lost the German contract, Heinkel made great efforts to export this aircraft. This volume gives far more details than normal about this aircraft, and its overseas service.
This is a well researched book that provides a great deal of infomation not found elsewhere, and will be of great value to anyone with an interest in this aircraft. The author has since gone on to produce several other books on Second World War aircraft, most recently in the Aircraft of the Aces series.
