Morane-Saulnier M.S.479 Vanneau
The Morane-Saulnier M.S.479 Vanneau was the last entry in the Vanneau family and was powered by a SNECMA 14X Super Mars engine. The Vanneau was a tandem two-seat low-winged monoplane advanced trainer, produced in several variants in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The M.S.479 was produced by fitting a SNECMA 14X Super Mars radial engine to the fuselage of M.S.472 no.295. Tests with the sole M.S.479 began in March 1952, but the project was soon cancelled
