The Hawker Hunter T.Mark 79 was the designation given to a single two-seat trainer sold to Qatar in 1969. The single aircraft, a refurbished ex-Dutch T.7, was delivered in December 1971 and was operated by RAF pilots on load to Qatar before the Hunters were replaced by Dassault Alpha Jets.
