US Troopship in Casablanca Harbour
Here we see s US troop ship, still carrying its troops, in Casablanca Harbour during Operation Torch. The exact ship isn't easy to identify, but she looks like the Santa Rosa, a liner pressed into US service after Pearl Harbor and which took part in Operation Torch, carrying troops to Casablanca. In the background are some of the warships in the harbour, including the tripod masts of a capital ship.
