Shoho under attack, Coral Sea
Here we see the Japanese carrier Shoho under attack during the battle of the Coral Sea. The two white arrows are pointing at Douglas TBD Devastator torpedo bombers taking part in the attack. This appears to show the moment the Shoho was hit by at least one of their torpedoes. She went on to sink, becoming the first Japanese aircraft carrier lost during the war.
